Paul in Acts 19:1-7 lays his hands and prays over 12 believers of Jesus and they receive the Holy Spirit and start speaking in tongues and prophesying. We are called to be baptized in the Holy Spirit and speak or pray in our heavenly language. It is one of our top weapons and tools.
